After x264 stabilization in #378801 I x264-encoder does not run anymore and revdep-rebuild has to be run. But it needs to pull media-video/x264-encoder-0.0.20110426 which is not yet stable.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Sync portage tree (so far x264-0.0.20110426 is stable only on AMD64).
2. emerge ffmpeg x264
3. revdep-rebuild
Actual Results:  
The following keyword changes are necessary to proceed:
#required by media-video/x264-encoder:0 (argument)
=media-video/x264-encoder-0.0.20110426 ~amd64

Expected Results:  
revdep-rebuild emerges required packages.

x264-encoder was compiled with "ffmpeg mp4 threads" useflags

I was told to open another (this bug) in #378801 but it seems that people eventually agreed that x264-encoder have to be stabilized in #378801.
