A ebuild written for bibdb.

I've sent emails to original author and waiting for his update. That's why i use 0.1.2 prerelease.

Please provide a HOMEPAGE for the package in the ebuild. The DESCRIPTION is also required.

I am now the maintainer of bibdb so i changed it to bibdb-0.1.2.ebuild
