First come E2E and then OTR, I must to leave E2E to use OTR good. Please add new USE e2e, and use normal use for otr and gpg. I have used this command do disable E2E sed -i -e '/dev-python\/pycrypto/d' /var/paludis/repositories/lokalno/net-im/gajim/gajim-9999.ebuild But this is only local, and ugly hack.
