As per summary, please test whether google-perftools work on your architectures, as it is required for the new libmemached. Thanks, Diego
No package that depends on libmemcached has a ~mips keyword, so I'm just going to drop its ~mips keyword.
It need much patch to build libunwind on FreeBSD (see http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/libunwind.git/log/ ) Next release of libunwind (or some snapshot version) is necessary to add ~x86-fbsd.

That would not be enough. There are many older commits to support FreeBSD. The first commit to do that is one of 2010-03-05. Actually there are 32 commits which has "FreeBSD" in their summary.
The libunwind devs are "hoping to upload a new 1.0 release candidate tar ball for testing this week" ... so hopefully they do and we can move on here.
Okay, libunwind-1.0 is in tree, so BSD guys please test it. Also, 1.8.3 fixes some issues for FreeBSD so you have the green light to test that as well.

Seems to work fine on x86 and is already keyworded, removing us from CC. Please add back with instructions what to do if necessary.
Compile of libunwind fails on alpha with: checking for ELF helper width... configure: error: Unknown ELF target: alpha I'll add the buildlog.
