Bug 377179 – Update need on the French documentation of Xen

On the French page of the Xen guide, it is said that you must edit your CLFAGS environment variable and add  -mno-tls-direct-seg-refs. However, it is said on the English part and on this Xen forum post http://xen.1045712.n5.nabble.com/Xen-and-TLS-mno-tls-direct-seg-refs-needed-td2565382.html that it only applies to 32bit systems.

I believe this update is required, because otherwise legit users might think that they'll have to rebuild world when it isn't necessary.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/xen-guide.xml
2. Code listing 2.1 has a note stating that it only applies to 32 bit systems
3. Visit http://www.gentoo.org/doc/fr/xen-guide.xml
4. The note isn't there.


Expected Results:  
Edit and add the note:
Ajoutez -mno-tls-direct-seg-refs SEULEMENT si vous avez un système dom0 32bit. Vous n'avez pas besoin de ce paramètre si vous avez un système dom0 64bit.
