Same problem here. Dirty hotfix: Put... COLLISION_IGNORE="/usr/share/doc/HTML/de /usr/share/man/de" ... into your make.conf, but replace "de" with your favorite language code. I'll remove that line and try to recompile both packages from time to time, and wait until this issue is fixed :-) Regards, Florian

Created attachment 281553 [details] build.log Same here. I have the following LINGUAS settings in make.conf: LINGUAS="de en ja th" The conflict complains only to LANG "de". See /var/tmp/portage/kde-base/kde-l10n-4.7.0-r1/temp/build.log attached for more information. Thanks to Florian for the temporary work around. :)
The problem with de and ru is fixed in lde-l10n-4.7.0-r2. Whatever else comes up has a different origin... the translation files are about as uniform and standardized as a random selection of seashells...
I have the problem with LINGUAS="pt pt_BR". I'm using the COLLISION_IGNORE variable for the time being.

Please update to kde-l10n-4.7.0-r2. If you still have problems afterwards, please file a new bug.

Don't know WHAT fixed the emerge process, but now, even removing the COLLISION_IGNORE from make.conf, I can't reproduce the error. I'll come back if it bites my back.
