app-admin/logrotate-3.7.9-r1 is installed. But running logrotate results in the following error:

# logrotate /etc/logrotate.conf 
error: elog-save-summary:6 unknown option 'su' -- ignoring line
error: elog-save-summary:6 unexpected text


It seems that either there is an error in portage's logrotate file, or you're using an option which was introduces with only exists in later versions of logrotate. If the latter is the case, you should consider adding a dependency to portage.

Thanks, I've updated the ebuilds in cvs to blocker <logrotate-3.8.0.
