/etc/cron.daily/prelink patch

prelink stores its prelink.cache file in /etc. And so it can be changed by script called from cron. I think /var is more suitable for such file, because it prevents /etc from being read-only.
I have attached patch for /etc/cron.daily/prelink as an example.
