Nowadays OpenRC has been finally done to stable, but unfortunatelly, all handbooks are not updated in this matter, and thus may lead to new users to be confused in configuring a newly installed system.
I don't really know if someone noticed this but anyway I post this bug.
Specially noting that timezone settings moved from /etc/conf.d/clock to /etc/timezone which drove me crazy to figure it out :)
