Description goffrie 2011-07-08 17:00:28 UTC
When building dev-cpp/gtkmm-2.24.1 without 'doc', configure produces the line
"configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --disable-gtk-doc"
and then later fails because mm-common wasn't pulled in.

For what it's worth, here's emerge --info:

are running a binary distribution and the mm-common package is installed,
make sure that any separate development package for mm-common is installed
as well. If you built mm-common yourself, it may be necessary to adjust
the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable for pkg-config to find it.

Comment 1 goffrie 2011-07-08 17:06:42 UTC
hmm, looks like disable-gtk-doc isn't related to the doc useflag, but in any case enabling the flag fixes the problem. then I guess it's just a dependency issue
