I have success to build gcc-4.6.1 and to recompile my ~amd64 System by
- renaming gcc-4.6.0-[uclib,pie,patches] to gcc-4.6.1-[uclib,pie,patches] 
- deleting ICE 4.6.0 files and a Freebsd file in gcc-4.6.1-patches. 

Although there are little patches neede to compile chromium.
