Turkish Linux Users Group is already providing mirroring service in Turkey as can be seen at http://www.gentoo.org/main/en/mirrors2.xml

They have started to give rsync service as well for portage at rsync://ftp.linux.org.tr/gentoo-portage 

Since there were no rsync servers for Turkey, this is a good thing.  Please add to official mirrors.  Thank you.

There have been #372897 open for some time already.
