./dev-util/deskzilla/files/deskzilla_gentoo.license Binary files should be distributed via distfiles. CVS (and in the future, git) don't handle binary files well.
What the heck is this file anyway. file doesn't know, and less can't make any sense of it.
Open source project license file to use it fully featured.
Ping. Any chance that this will be resolved? Should be easy to move the file to Gentoo mirrors.

Just fyi, if you drop it in your homedir and update the ebuild it automatically replicates and you can avoid the really icky manual file mirroring process. Plus if you ever accidentally remove the ebuilds that point to the file, the file will be removed from the mirrors with no backup... if you have it in your homedir, you don't lose it accidentally.
