Description Sven Vermeulen 2011-06-02 19:23:10 UTC
Arches, please stabilize sys-process/vixie-cron-4.1-r11

Target keywords: amd64 x86

The SELinux patch that it contains is needed for the stabilization of SELinux policies in general (for now, we document that users need to put vixie-cron in their package.accept_keywords lists)

Reproducible: Always

Sven, did you ask cron@ herd if it is OK to CC arches in this bug? I will remove arches for now.
Comment 2 Sven Vermeulen 2011-06-02 19:45:59 UTC
My bad; cron-team, is stabilization ok for vixie-cron-4.1-r11?
Comment 3 Jeremy Olexa (darkside) (RETIRED) archtester gentoo-dev Security 2011-06-02 19:51:57 UTC
Do bug 294346 at the same time, please. (Just to cleanup the stable tree abit)
Comment 4 Ian Delaney (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2011-06-02 20:35:17 UTC
amd64:

all ok.
Comment 5 Sven Vermeulen (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2011-08-16 21:50:16 UTC
vapier (in cron herd) doesn't mind, but isn't maintaining vixie-cron (he "does" another cron). Checking "recent" commits on vixie-cron, I notice only bangert (retired) and pebenito (selinux, like me) touching vixie-cron (and that's from 2008).

Unless someone objects, I'll re-add the architecture teams by friday this week.
