The gogoc package is basically a rename of net-misc/gateway6; gateway6 won't build with GCC 4.6 and I don't think it's worth keeping both versions around. It wasn't pkgmoved because they have different version numbers.
To test the package you need a gogoNET account, sorry about that (it bothers me as well). If you need to tst access to IPv6 networks, you can try http://ipv6.google.com/
While I know it is bad, please ignore the two strict-aliasing warnings, for now. I'll fix them at some point, for now they don't seem to create any problem, and upstream seem to be vastly dead.
amd64 compiles fine and seems to work as it should under gnome
