Description Felix Eckert 2003-12-20 08:17:35 UTC
I prefer this one to xfig, because I think that xfig is kind of unusable.
I would place tgif in media-gfx.

Reproducible: Always

Works for me! Thank you very much! :)
I would suggest to use the QPL-Version instead of the "Freeware" one, though.
What keeps this ebuild from going into the portage tree?
Comment 3 Felix Eckert 2004-03-03 10:21:48 UTC
I didn't use the QPL version, because William Chia-Wei Cheng writes something about "... vendors are encouraged to use QPL releases of tgif." and I don't know if I am or gentoo (as dist) is a vendor (in this sense).

In fact I don't know at all, why William releases tgif under two (free) licenses.

This appears to be required for building the documentation of Xen (see bug 70161). The ebuild above works for me; would it be possible to include it in the Portage tree?

Any chance of seeing tgif as in the portage tree soon?

Unfortunately the homepage is unreachable. I guess it changed to:

I updated it with the .44 QPL version
