Stabilize dev-lang/python-2.7.1-r1.

Remember to switch active version of Python 2 and run `python-updater` after installation of dev-lang/python:2.7.

Tested on SPARC for a month, works well, no trouble with emerge etc.

Could this be shown in elog messages when python:3 is set as main interpreter? Thanks

It's bug #291454, which isn't a regression.

alpha/ia64/m68k/s390/sh stable, i can't close the bug because some bugs in depends aren't closed.
