As we are trying to drop libgnomeprint stuff because it's deprecated since
gtk+-2.10 and unmaintained for a long time, I saw this is still needing it.

Seems that upstream bumped it recently, then, maybe you could contact them for knowing if they are planning to migrate away from libgnomeprint

oregano-0.69.1 does not need libgnomeprint any more. Fixed in tree.
