I was originaly using using Mozilla-Firebird 0.6.1 and I had emerged realplayer. It worked without problems. After I emerged Mozilla-Firebird 0.7 I noticed that realplayer did work anymore. 
Looking at about:plugins :

    File name: rpnp.so

MIME Type 	Description 	Suffixes 	Enabled
audio/x-pn-realaudio-plugin 	RealPlayer Plugin Metafile 	rpm 	Yes

I deleted .phoniex/pluginreg.dat but same file is generated, has not done anything.

I don't understand this bug.  Are you saying it doesn't work but it shows up in the list?  Do you have an example URL that doesn't work for you?
