Since commit 227fc807a536041178696c5d8cdccfb416d3c67a (see http://git.gnome.org/browse/vte/commit/?id=227fc807a536041178696c5d8cdccfb416d3c67a),  vte-0.27.90-fix-gdk-targets.patch fails to apply to x11-libs/vte-9999 due to changes in configure.in:

 * Applying vte-0.27.90-fix-gdk-targets.patch ...

 * Failed Patch: vte-0.27.90-fix-gdk-targets.patch !

Here is an updated version of the patch that works with the current vte git head.

We should really get this into upstream trunk instead... Could you open a bug upstream?

Please open a bug upstream for this and CC gnome@gentoo.org on it, the patch won't be added to the live ebuild.
