Bug 351186 – app-dicts/gwaei-1.4.3 version bump

Here's an ebuild for app-dicts/gwaei-1.4.3.  Portage currently has gwaei-1.1, which is several years old.

I also noticed that someone else has recently submitted an ebuild for gwaei-1.5.1 (https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=349720).  That ebuild also looks very nice, though it requires some masked dependencies that this one does not.  So if it is possible to add both ebuilds, that would be nice.

Adding missing dependency (libunique).

The previous ebuild is missing the libunique dependency.

Why is x86 cc'ed here? orcrist, please don't just add the arch team yourself, we have nothing to do with version bumps.
