Michał Górny added app-arch/zpaq today, but the zpipe program to use ZPAQ with streams was not added.

Here's an ebuild for zpipe.

I'm planning to add it as soon as I get zpaq ebuild a little cleaner. I may want to split out libzpaq first.

Now in gx86 as app-arch/zpipe.
