I have encountered a number of issues regarding virtualbox on hardened profiles.  I'm going to be opening each as a separate atomic bug and keep track of them all with this tracker.

As a summary: virtualbox 3.1.8 has only one minor issue, but other than that works.  Moving to the recently stabilized 3.2.12 introduced at least two serious issues and possibly more.

Only this tracker is open for the last 2 years, maybe we can close it? A tracker which is tracking nothing seems solved to me.
