Description T Chan 2010-12-06 03:44:18 UTC
Didn't happen on November 28. After upgrading dev-libs/openssl-0.9.8o to dev-libs/openssl-1.0.0c, openssh fails "interop-tests tests".

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:
appears to fail check-certs -> test-ocsp.sh.inc -> testid_rsa-rsa_md5 which is called by both interop-tests and tests

using: ./test-ocsp.sh.inc
* against CACertificateFile and OCSP provider
=======================================================================
Begin test against OCSP provider from certificate ...

* testid_rsa-rsa_md5 failed

1) Please post your `emerge --info' too.

2) Also, did you run revdep-rebuild on the old libraries (libssl.so.0.9.8 and libcrypto.so.0.9.8)?
Comment 3 T Chan 2010-12-07 22:56:31 UTC
It failed during the revdep-rebuild (I postponed upgrading to openssl-1.0.0, hence openssh was successfully upgraded first). revdep-rebuild no longer complains, and I've since removed /usr/lib/lib{ssl,crypto}.so.0.9.8 and remerged openssl (to remove the old libraries from "equery files openssl"); building openssh still fails.
