CWiid is a collection of Linux tools written in C for interfacing to the Nintendo Wiimote. This one is development tracking site: http://abstrakraft.org/cwiid/ today, the stable version for cwiid software (0.6.00) seems no more working, because off the last updates of net-wireless/bluez software. even the zugaina overlay version for gentoo seems not working. here I'published a bug upstream http://github.com/abstrakraft/cwiid/issues#issue/7 so I think the only way to have this software in a gentoo system is to compile the git version. Reproducible: Always

Marco, it looks like that latest cwiid stable version is quite old and has issues with --as-needed. If you have contacts upstream, please ask to make an updated tarball.
