defined(%hash) is deprecated at Bugzilla/Install/Localconfig.pm line 254, <DATA> line 522.
	(Maybe you should just omit the defined()?)

Also the "whine" script that runs hourly outputs the same message, causing an email to the administrator every hour -- very annoying!

The stable version prints deprecated warnings under perl-5.12. 
So please stabilize the new version + latest dependencies.
