Steps to reproduce: Install selected version and try to start any wireless interfaces that uses wpa_supplicant. In my case when i has CONFIG_RFKILL=m and 5350 that ruled by iwlagn dmesg gives me "Radio disabled by SW RF kill" at '/etc/init.d/net.wlan0 restart'. Surely, manual start 'wpa_supplicant -Dwext -iwlan0 -c/etc/wpa_supplicant.conf' works like charm. Immediately after boot ends wifi led lights without blinking next to any movement with init.d or module unloading. This is annoying trouble because initially i thought about module|hw trouble but not userspace. Surely problem will be reproduce at least at 32bit but i do not have environments to test this case.

Whoops.. really duplicate. Seems that bugzilla search does not handle this one correctly(by 'openrc' request).
