Please note that this is a proposed enhancement. Feel feel to correct me if I'm wrong. Also see bug 159780.

Since bug 308513 is fixed, it would be good to have ppc/ppc64 magic for icedtea-6* too, pretty, pretty please :)

I'll see what I can do, but bear in mind I'll need a larger HDD for my PPC before I can weave my magic over icedtea :)

Fixed in virtual/jdk-1.6.0-r1.

Closing as adding sparc to KEYWORDS is a separate bug.
