Try emerging lafilefixer and then running lafilefixer --justfixit (i think is the command); this has to do with the dbus la files going away. Running revdep-rebuild might work as well.
Nothing to do, running lafilefixer --justfixit and revdep-rebuild same result, gconf doesn't emerge
Seems that sys-libs/pam-1.1.3 has the same problem.
