Gentoo stable up-to-date amd64. Xfce4 desktop. All applications seem to work fine with the Clearlooks theme except firefox-bin (www-client/firefox-bin-3.6.11). See attached screenshots of firefox and other application. Reproducible: Always

firefox-bin belongs to upstream not gentoo, file a bug with them.

Not exactly. 1. web-client/firefox works fine 2. Pre-compliled firefox for other distros (for example: archlinux) works fine, that suggests that it is not a problem of that binary. 1,2 => seems like binary firefox requires some dependency or setting to work with clearlooks. I suppose that the problem is some other package from portage that's missing or some Gentoo themes problem. BTW: exactly the same problem with thunderbird.
