Description Ian Abbott 2010-10-26 11:37:03 UTC
Emerging app-text/calibre-0.7.24 (and presumably earlier versions) fails if dev-python/PyQt4-4.8 is installed. It fails in the install phase of the emerge while compiling the GUI.

See upstream bug - it mentions a fix on trunk.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =dev-python/PyQt4-4.8
2. emerge =app-text/calibre-0.7.24

Ebuild patch, including source patch

The source code patch is from

Thanks, this is in cvs now.

I've tested with PyQt4-4.8.1 and calibre-0.7.28, and they seem to work fine together. If this combination doesn't work for you then please file a new bug.
