Volksbibel is a Bibleprogram. It contains many translations, in german language, of the Old/New Testament. The Author, Dr. Christoph Wollek (Chr.Wollek@t-online.de), published this program as Freeware. The programming language ist Metacard (www.metacard.com).

your ebuild has IUSE=X but it doesn't use the X use flag anywhere

See the howto below and submit a new ebuild, if you still want this in portage.
The ebuild has invalid header and src_install() is plain scary.
