I don't belive this has enough general appeal to go into portage at this time.
I'm going to close this bug as WONTFIX, but leaving the ebuild in bugzilla is
a good place for people to get the ebuild if they want to add it to their
local portage overlay directories.

I didn't use this for a long time - so it's unsupported.
Take a look at #57493.
