This is needed for the stabilisation of PHP 5.3, which in turn blocks a security stabilisation.  PHP 5.3 has no pcre USE flag anymore, which is reflected in the DEPEND strings of the mythweb versions in testing, stable is broken.  So please advise.

I fixed the dependency string of the current stable.
