app-accessibility/festival-2.1 is in the tree now. This should fix this bug.

Quote LDFLAGS.

The fix for this bug seems to break compilation if LDFLAGS has spaces in it, since LDFLAGS isn't quoted in the ebuild. This patch adds the necessary quoting.
