when emerging graphviz 2.26.0 i see at the end of emerge: Error: /usr/lib/graphviz/config6 is zero sized, or other read error. the file is indeed zero size and dot does not export correctly. when running dot -c as root things got fixed. hope its reproducible. Reproducible: Always

anyway if this cant be reproduced we can close the bug since running dot -c already remedied the problem for me.
