I use only small subset of subversion functionality, for checking out mplayer's svn repo and viewing its log.

for me on  SGI O2 machine running Gentoo subversion-1.6.12  seems to work, after I unmasked it locally. Please, add ~mips as accepted arch for testing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to emerge subversion on mips architecture

Actual Results:  
Emerge will tell you what all possibilities are masked by missing keyword

Expected Results:  
Emerges and allow me to 'svn up' and 'svn log'

I'm still use older version of arp-utils-1.3.9

dev-vcs/subversion-1.6.13 fixes security vulnerability, so older versions shouldn't be keyworded.
