procmeter3 is a system monitor similar to gkrellm, but denser (i.e displays more information in less space) and consumes less system resources, particularly if using the default (Athena widgets) interface. It can be built for Athena widgets, GTK+, small LCD device, or log-only. Upstream maintainer is Andrew M. Bishop (amb@gedanken.co.uk). procmeter3 has been stable for some time now, and in maintenance mode. I have so far used it only on x86 architectures; it would require modification for best results on amd64, including but not necessarily limited to replacing statfs() calls with statfs64(). Known bugs: DF_Free overflows (safely) on filesystems with >2TB free space. This is a limitation of 32-bit statfs(). Patches required: files/procmeter3-Makefile.patch makes necessary modifications to the Makefile files/procmeter3-statfs-overflow.patch modifies modules/df.c to report statfs() overflows, specifically, as "statfs overflow" rather than the generic "statfs error" reported for other statfs errors Additional files: files/procmeterrc (replacement for the original default procmeterrc file) ChangeLog metadata.xml Reproducible: Always

Hello, The Gentoo Team would like to firstly thank you for your ebuild submission. We also apologize for not being able to accommodate you in a timely manner. There are simply too many new packages. Allow me to use this opportunity to introduce you to Gentoo Sunrise. The sunrise overlay[1] is a overlay for Gentoo which we allow trusted users to commit to and all users can have ebuilds reviewed by Gentoo devs for entry into the overlay. So, the sunrise team is suggesting that you look into this and submit your ebuild to the overlay where even *you* can commit to. =) Thanks, On behalf of the Gentoo Sunrise Team, Michał.
