Bug 338675 – media-video/nvidia-settings-195.36.31 doesn't work with MPROTECT on hardened profile

So, i know who in new nvidia drivers (256 series) there isn't a nvidia-settings binary but in the old version of this package /usr/bin/nvidia-settings doesn't work with MPROTECT flag of pax.

E2160 ago # nvidia-settings 
Segmentation fault

Later:
E2160 ago # paxctl -M /usr/bin/nvidia-settings

and it works!

Reproducible: Always

It is masked in the hardened profile for it depend on the nvidia-drivers that have a major QA with exec stack in the libs it have.
