Description DrSlony 2010-09-19 18:11:47 UTC
emerge world resulted in portage attempting to update netpbm, emerging failed. I re-ran the emerge a few times and I got different (although similar) errors each time.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
emerge =media-libs/netpbm-10.51.00
Actual Results:
Failed to emerge media-libs/netpbm-10.51.00

overkill ~ # emerge --info =media-libs/netpbm-10.51.00

I did, I saw that bug, and I don't see them reporting the same symptoms.
They do mention "file not recognized: File truncated" but Samuli Suominen says "your error looks like 'ccache' related, disable the feature if you don't
know howto handle it. If my guess wasn't right, open a new bug for your issue."
The op wasn't using ccache. I am, I did try disabling it in make.conf, and it made no difference, therefore this bug report.
