Preselected STATUS are only NEW ASSIGNED and REOPEN. Many people create bugs that are dup of already closed bugs. This happens often. Recently, bug 336997 .

I think maintainers whould have less bugs to mark as dup if the search pre-selected by default all bugs, including the closed ones:
- unconfirmed, new, assigned, reopen, solved, verified, closed

Maybe, we could reject the invalid ones to save server CPU time. So, preselect as RESOLUTION:
- fixed
- wontfix
- later
- duplicate
- worksforme
- cantfix
- needinfo
- test
- upstream

INVALID is useless; i have never seen a bug being marked dup of an invalid. And i think the probability two users come to report the same invalid issue (aka: probability a second user would search for an issue that have been marked invalid) is VERY LOW.
