With USE="-emacs" and /usr/bin/emacs symlinked to zile, configure will hang:

checking for link... yes
checking for sbrk... yes
checking for lstat... yes
checking for emacs... emacs
checking where .elc files should go...

Seems not. Fixed without revbump.
