With fbpanel-6.0, if you have a panel with width=100% (and maybe as to be on top, didn't try elsewhere), all window will ignore the panel. This does not happen if the width is at the default value and probably at any value <100%.

This is fixed by 6.1 so I strongly recommend to have this ebuild stabilized.
