Comment 2 Alexandr A. Panko 2010-09-01 11:57:53 UTC
Also I should say that I post bug report to https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=627486

No reply since 2010-08-20.

But person there (André Klapper) changed description from "crash in Evolution: Just pressed button Crea..." to "crash in gtkhtml_editor_freeze (editor=0x8708010) at gtkhtml-editor.c:1689".

Comment 3 Alexandr A. Panko 2010-09-03 06:56:27 UTC
While waiting I decided to rebuild gtkhtml.
# emerge -Dav '<gnome-extra/gtkhtml-3.26.3'
And all is working fine.
gtkhtml-3.30.2 gtkhtml-3.30.3 - evolution failf
gtkhtml-3.28.3 - cant build

So I may conclude, that it is some kind of incompatibility evolition and gtkhtml-3.3*.

Comment 4 Pacho Ramos gentoo-dev 2010-09-10 15:30:34 UTC
Please try with gtkhtml-3.30* and evolution-2.30*

Good luck
Comment 5 Alexandr A. Panko 2010-09-10 17:03:08 UTC
Ok.

Will report results only at Monday.
