gaim-smileys package can not be emerged. It fails with two errors.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -D gaim-smileys

Actual Results:

Please do not assign bugs you are not sure of where exactly they should go, our bugwranglers have gone trough extensive, exhausting, long-lasting trainingcamps to just achieve that one goal : getting bugs to the right team. 

We have nothing todo with gaim or gaim-smileys.

Frederic remove /usr/portage/distfiles/nis.tar.gz and try again.  The problem is that there is a newer version of the nis file but it is named the same so this collision occurs.
