building PEAR-File fdaile with php-5.3

 * ERROR: dev-php/PEAR-File-1.3.0 failed:
 *   dev-lang/php-5.3.3-r1 does not actually support the pcre USE flag!

pcre is not flag for php-5.3 since pcre is required for this version of PHP.
Please upload ebuild that does not require pcre for php>=5.3

I've uploaded PEAR-File-1.3.0-r1 using the new deps. Sorry it took some time.

I need the following KEYWORDS="alpha amd64 arm hppa ia64 ppc ppc64 s390 sh sparc x86"

The bump is strictly for EAPI and fixing RDEPEND, so shouldn't be much trouble. Compile testing is probably fine, testing with www-apps/horde-pear (Reverse RDEPEND) should work, too.
