Using the Clock applet in Gnome 2.4 if I right click on the applet and click
Adjust Time & Date i receive the error message

Failed to locate a program for configuring the date and time. Perhaps none is
installed?


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click on GNOME clock applet
2. Select Adjust Time & Date
3.

Actual Results:  
the error message

Failed to locate a program for configuring the date and time. Perhaps none is
installed?

is displayed

Expected Results:  
Allowed me to adjust time and date settings
