The tor blocking script is no longer working as the public list(s) or exit nodes are no longer available in the format the script expects. It will need updating to using TorDNSEL (https://www.torproject.org/tordnsel/) or something like this: https://www.dan.me.uk/dnsbl

Re-assigning since forum-mods@ can not do anything about this at present time.
