Install will fail with the message 'install: will not overwrite just-created'.
Appended patch solves the problem.

Only the versions 4.0.4 and 4.0.5 are affected.

This was fixed on 29 Oct 2009:
http://repo.or.cz/w/gromacs.git/commit/c93db8511af09c144fe4b2b8f57b14a5ad1e6cc7

However, better use gromacs-4.0.7, which is stable now and should lead to same results.

Is /being/ stabilised now (bug #326151).

4.0.7-r4 is stabilized everywhere -> closing
