I've hit the problem described in the bug #316571, however with version 1.0.6-r2 and udev-151-r4 (required for gnome 2.30 stabilisation).

I guess it should go stable together.

Yes, cryptsetup-1.1.2 should go stable with lvm2 (bug 324485) when the time is due.
